Hi, Blocking a user with the assumption that he/she's running a bot by just evaluating his/her edit speed is I think a great mistake. It's very common in almost every wiki that user make more than a few edits/ article. For ex. check my contributions in species Wikipedia. [1]. I hope you remove the block for that user becuase his/her contributions are valuable. Regards.--Alperen (mesaj) 17:23, 10 Eylül 2013 (UTC)
- These edits are done with bot software. 30 edits during one minute from 5 different IP-addresses is not from a human editor. Feel free to provide me with a link to a local policy that says that it's OK to run a bot without an account. -- Tegel (mesaj) 17:32, 10 Eylül 2013 (UTC)
- The user used 5 different IP-addresses at the same time. See contribution from IP-address 144.122.238.21 thru 144.122.238.26. It's difficult to communicate with someone that just changes IP-address. And posting a message on the talk page will not be visible for the bot software. All I'm asking is that the user create a separate bot-account and get a bot-flag. I have nothing against the edit itself and I'm sure that they are OK, but as you can see here at least one local user has issues with the contribution. -- Tegel (mesaj) 18:00, 10 Eylül 2013 (UTC)
- Yep, the user might be on a dynamic IP range and his IP may change over time, and his edit count may be about 5-10 edits per minute but I still don't think that this proves that (s)he is using a bot (software) while doing the edits. A bot can make a lot more changes per minute such as this one ([2]). I think you should have tried communication at least once. Thanks for the dialogue.--Alperen (mesaj) 18:21, 10 Eylül 2013 (UTC)
- Hi, I've created a new account and a bot account for that account. I also added a bot request. You might wanna check here [3]. I hope the bot request is correct. Best. Gamsızbaykuş (mesaj) 18:36, 10 Eylül 2013 (UTC)

- Many of that user's new articles had wrong definitions. I deleted all of them and I'll care about it, because I was in abroad when that user has started to create these articles. Thanks for your attention --Sαвяí¢αи76ileti 00:09, 14 Eylül 2013 (UTC)
